About me
Welcome to The Honey Mind
I’m Marina (✺Aries, ⏾Aquarius, ↑Cancer, ♀Pisces) — a seeker of depth, beauty, and connection, and a passionate explorer of inner and outer landscapes.
I’ve always felt a deep connection to water. Maybe it’s the tie to my name, but I’ve felt drawn to the sea and its raw power since childhood. Whether immersing myself in its rhythm or marvelling at its beauty, the sea has been both a muse and a healer to me. It’s where I reset, recharge, and let go. This is why has a special place in my life and The Honey Mind.
I started exploring the fine matter in my late teens through incredible spiritual guides in Bulgaria. Then, after moving to Berlin to study Communications and Anthropology, I fully immersed myself in the vibrant local spiritual scene and crossed paths with teachers and traditions from all over the globe. My path led me through near and far destinations in India and Nepal, but the most significant encounter happened in Berlin. In 2013, I discovered Jivamukti Yoga, and everything clicked. That meeting shaped my path and ignited a lifelong love for the practice.
Fast-forward to today: after more than 10 years of practice, I felt the calling to start sharing what is helping me. In 2023, I trained in Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and Meditation in India, followed by a Yoga Alliance teacher certification with Alanna Kaivalya, one of the original students of Jivamukti Yoga New York. My yoga training is ongoing, and I have no intention of ever stopping the process of learning and expanding my knowledge.
Yoga Nidra — or yogic sleep — is the greatest gift I have ever received among all the treasures yoga has given me. It’s the ultimate tool for relaxation – a true luxury in a world of endless noise, distraction, and visual overstimulation. Derived from ancient Tantric traditions, this guided meditation technique is incredibly powerful, yet remains unfamiliar to many.
Yoga Nidra is like a gentle massage for the mind and a honey balm for the heart; simultaneously a full-body and out-of-body experience, unlocking sweet sensations that will surprise you. It helps you sink into the comfort of your inner world, which sometimes seems so chaotic. In those moments, practicing Yoga Nidra is like giving yourself a soft vibrational embrace - it works like magic.
I created The Honey Mind as a space where your mind can flow and glow like liquid gold, drop by drop, gently softening and nourishing every corner of your being.
Let me guide you to that quiet, expansive space within, where stillness, abundance, answers, and all you need already live. A boundless space you might not even suspect exists.
Every practice I create is an invitation to take gentle care of yourself, to tune in to You, to hear your heart's true desires, and to receive intuitive insights straight from your Higher Self.
